Her story, in her own words, on our stage for the first time.

Kadian came to the United States from Jamaica as a single mother with limited resources and a big vision for her son's future. Through faith, resilience and strategy she built stability, then built a platform so other women would not have to rise alone.

At Tea & Transformation 2027, Kadian will share the full story on stage for the first time: the setbacks, the turning points and the sisterhood that carried her.

Good to know

Where is the event?

Arlington, Texas. We'll announce the venue in early 2027 and send it straight to everyone who has a ticket.

Who should attend?

Tea & Transformation is a women's event: our audience, speakers, panelists and vendors are all women. Come with your sisters, your team or by yourself. You'll leave with new friends.

How do I pay?

Pick your seat in the ticket form on this page. We text and email you a secure payment link to complete your ticket, and your receipt is emailed as soon as you pay.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets and tables are non-refundable because this event is a fundraiser, but they are transferable: email [email protected] at least 7 days before the event to put a seat in another woman's name. If we postpone, your ticket is honored for the new date or you may request a full refund within 30 days of the announcement. If we cancel, everyone receives a full refund. Sponsor a Sister seats and donations are gifts and are not refundable.

Where does the money go?

This is the Foundation's biggest fundraiser. Proceeds fund our four pillars: mental health and wellness, financial literacy, career development, and domestic violence awareness and prevention.

Is my ticket or sponsorship tax-deductible?

InspireHer Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 99-3717918). Sponsor a Sister gifts and donations are tax-deductible. For tickets, the amount above the value of the meal and gifts may be deductible.
